摘要
随着汽车市场的蓬勃发展,汽车生产过程中的效率与成本已经成为了汽车生产企业核心因素。基于网络计划技术改善生产过程中的搬运、装卸、运输等物流活动以实现连续性及均衡生产,并保证生产过程中的平衡性,结果表明基于网络计划技术管理汽车生产物流,汽车生产效率可大幅度提高。
The paper proposes to improve the handling, loading, unloading, transport and other logistics activites in the automobile production process using network planning teehnology（NPT） to realize sustained and balanced production. It is found that the NPT-based man- agement can greatly improve the efficiency of automobile production.
