摘要
针对西安服饰批发市场以商流为主的经营模式不再适应现代信息化物流营销的问题,基于信息融合技术构建了一个集政府监控、电子商务、智能决策、辅助管理、联结服务于一体的服饰物流信息平台。从服饰物流供应链出发,分析了政府部门、生产厂商、批发商和零售商对服饰物流信息平台的功能需求;结合服饰物流信息平台,探索了一种新型的服饰批发市场运营模式;采用模糊控制理论,研究了一种服饰物流信息平台对区域服饰物流业影响力的评估办法。
The business flow oriented operation pattern of Xi'an's apparel wholesale markets is no longer adequate in the era of IT-based logistics and marketing. In an effort at improvement, the paper establishes an apparel logistics information platform that incorporates govern- ment supervision, e-commerce, intelligent decision, assistant management, networking and other functions and serivices. The paper analyzes the demand placed on the functions of the platform by government agencies, mannfacturers, wholesalers and retailers, then explores a new path of market operation in connection with the platform, and finally, using fuzzy control theory, develops an effective method to evaluat the influence of the platform upon regional apparel logistics industry.
