摘要 针对预灌封注射器装巢工序中需要人工把注射器针管摆放进托盘巢孔存在的效率较低、劳动强度较大等问题,在分析装巢工序的动作控制要求和计算定位速度、加速度参数的基础上,设计了自动进料分料和X、Y数控定位的机械结构,采用PLC定位模块控制伺服驱动器以位置控制模式驱动电机运转实现工作台运动控制,PLC主机控制装巢机落料机构的运动,以触摸屏显示装巢状态信息和操作控制,文中给出了系统硬件电路和软件设计。结果表明,该系统的装巢速度可达到100支/分钟,装巢定位精度优于0.01mm,能够实现注射器针管高速准确无误自动装入托盘巢孔,实现自动化生产。 There are some programs in production process of prefilled syringe tube loading nest, which need to manually put the syringe needle into the tray nest, the workers labor is intense and low efficient. In the analysis of loading motion control requirements and based on the calculation positioning parameters of velocity and acceleration, we design mechanical structure of automatic feed and feed points and X, Y positioning NC in mechanical parts, PLC and positioning module control servo drive in position control mode to drive motor motion ,then it can control workbench motion, host of PLC control blanking institutions of loading nest machine, touch-screen display status information and operational control of the loading nest, design hardware circuit connection of PLC and devices, write program of software for loading nest machine. Experiments has showed that, it can speed up installation of 100 nest per minute. It can install nest positioning accuracy of better than 0.01mm, can automatically put syringe tube into the tray and achieve automated production.
