摘要
通过典型的数控车零件的工艺分析,引出加工工艺、尺寸分析及夹具的设计的思路,这对于一名从事数控车床技术加工的技术人员必需要具备的实际的工作能力。基于当前的设备和加工水平,充分考虑每一道工序的装夹问题,加工中尺寸控制的精度问题及切削中切削力的影响等,制定合理的加工工艺,达到便于装夹、便于加工、便于测量和保质保量的目的。
