摘要
分析了气象灾害变化的趋势， 论述了气象可持续发展的涵义及重要作用，探讨了气象可持续发展为防灾减灾服务的对策。
The change tendency of meteorological disaster is analysed,the contain and important faction of meteorological sustainable development are discussed, and its countermeasure for guard against calamities and decreasing disaster are put forward, including: improve forecast level of meteorological disaster; strengthen disaster division and risk evaluate;perfect meteorological service system.
