摘要
通过对两台前轮外侧有偏磨现象的轻型载货汽车进行不同加载条件下的车轮跳动量测试和车轮定位参数变化的测试发现,前轮前束随车轮上跳过程变成正值,明显偏离标准范围。通过结构分析、建模、运动学分析与实测值对比可知,车辆在负载行驶时前束值偏离是造成轮胎外侧偏磨的主要原因。研究结果表明:转向梯形断开点高度位置直接决定着车轮前束值随车轮跳动量的变化特性。永久性措施为严格控制转向横拉杆的制造精度。
By testing wheel runout and wheel alignment parameter variation under different loading conditions of two light cargo vehicles with eccentric wear in the outer of front wheel, it is found that front wheel toe-in becomes a plus value with the jump process of wheel and deviates obviously from standard range.It is known through structural analysis, model, kinematic analysis and measured values that toe-in deviation when the vehicle is driven with load is the main reason to cause eccentric wear of the tires.The results show that the height and position of splitting point of steering trapezoid will directly determine the change characteristics of the wheel toe-in value with the wheel jounce. The permanent improvement measure is to strictly control manufacture precision of steering intermediate tie rod size.
