The Exploration about Bringing Innovative Practice Skills Development into Daily Teaching in University

通过分析科技文化竞赛对应用型人才培养的促进作用,提出创新技能培养与"大类培养"相结合的人才培养模式,采用理论教学与实践锻炼并行的新思路,将参赛式人才培养普及到每一位学生,使实践创新技能的锻炼常规化、普及化。

Through analysis to the promotion of scientific and cultural competitions applying in talents training, the combined training mode of innovation skills and ＂train category＂ is proposed in this paper. The new ideas of theoretical teaching and practical training are used in parallel. The competition-style training mode will be spread to every student. The training of innovative skills is routine and popular.
