摘要
本文利用地高辛标记及检测试剂盒，标记ｐｏｐ２１３６（ＰＭＴＧ３）工程菌染色体ＤＮＡ作为探针，检测基因工程药品重组人粒细胞－巨噬细胞集落刺激因子／白细胞介素－３（ｒｈＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＩＬ－３）融合蛋白中残余的菌体ＤＮＡ．结果符合质量标准每剂＜１００ｐｇ．
In this paper, pop2136 (PMTG3) chromosomal DNA labeled by the markerreagent digoxin is used as a probe to detect the genetic engineering pharmaceutic calledrecombinant human granulocytic-marcophagic colony stimulating factor/ interleukin-3(rhGM-CSF/Il-3) fusional protein. The findings obtained are up to the quality control.standard of lower than 100pg.
