血液透析患者临时性颈内静脉导管功能障碍的原因分析及护理对策

The causing analyzing and nursing countermeasure of dysfunction associated with temporary internal jugular venous catheterization（ IJVC ） in hemodialysis patients

目的：探讨引起血液透析患者临时性颈内静脉导管功能障碍的相关因素，并提出相应的护理对策。方法：对30例血液透析患者发生临时性颈内静脉导管功能障碍的原因进行分析。结果：血流不足（61．25％）、导管阻塞（0．46％）、穿刺口皮肤感染（1．17％）、穿刺口渗血（2．34％）、导管脱落（0．93％）。结论：通过对导管功能障碍的原因进行分析，及时准确判断导管功能障碍的发生倾向，采取右针对性、预防性的护理干预，可降低导管功能障碍的发生率，提高患者的透析治疗效果，减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担。

Objective： To discuss the causing of dysfunction associated with temporary internal jugular venous catheterization（IJVC） in hemodialysis patients, and bring forward the nursing countermeasure. Methods： to analyze the cause of dysfunction associated with temporary internal jugular venous catheterization in 25 cases hemodialysis patients. Results： the dysfunction rate was inadequate blood flow （61.25%）, tube obstruction（0.46%）, puncture point dennatie infection （1.17%）, puncture point bleeding （2.34%）, catheter exfoliation （0.93%）. Conclusions： it can reduce the occurrence of dysfunction, and enhance the treatment effect, alleviate the sufferings, lighten the economic burden of the hemodialysis patients by tinmly, exact analyzing the dysfunction of IJVC, estimating the tendency of occurrence, and then giving pertinence, prevention nursing intervention.
