Orthopaedic perioperative analgesic effect and safety evaluation

目的：分析探讨帕瑞昔布钠用于术后镇痛疗效与安全性评价。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月-2010年1月收治的需手术治疗的106例患者，随机分为观察组54例和对照组52例，观察组缝皮前30分钟静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg，之后40mg bid，q12h使用三天，术后联用PCA泵，对照组术后仅使用PCA泵。两组主要观察指标为VAS评分、PCA泵中阿片类药物的用量及恶心、呕吐、便秘及呼吸抑制等副作用。结果：观察组与对照组比较，其VAS评分、PCA中药物用量、以及副作用明显降低，具有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：帕瑞昔布钠用于术后镇痛可以显著降低VAS评分，减少阿片类药物用量从而明显降低阿片类的副反应，且不影响出血，适合临床推广使用。

Ohjective： It is analysis of parecoxib sodium for postoperative analgesia efficacy and safety evaluation. Method： Retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2009-2010 was admitted in January who need to operate iu 106 cases were randomly divided into 54 cases of the observation group and 52 cases of the control group, the observation group 30 minutes before skin suture intravenous parecoxib sodium 40mg, three days after the use of 40mg bid, combined with postoperative PCA pump, the control group only after the use of PCA pump use. We observed for the ／TAS score, PCA pump in the amount of opioids and nausea, vomiting, constipation and respiratory depression and other side effects. Results： The observation group compared with the control group, the VAS score, PCA drug consumption, and significantly l^duced side effects, with significant differenee（P〈O.05）. Conclusion： Parecoxib sodium for postoperative analgesia can be a significant reduction in VAS score and reduce the amount of opiates in order to significantly reduce the side effects of opioids, and do not affect the bleeding, suitable for clinical use.
