摘要
作者用透射电镜,观察了羊柴(HedysarumSubsp.laeve(Maxim.)B.Fedtsch)根瘤中宿主的细胞和细菌,在发育中ATP水解酶的分布及变化.结果表明,ATP水解酶活性反应的磷酸铅沉淀粒,分布于宿主细胞壁外表面、质膜、胞间隙、细胞质、细菌周膜和拟菌体等部位.尤其在胞间隙中有大量的ATP水解酶并有泡状分泌物.在幼龄到成熟直至衰老的细菌中,其细菌周膜上ATP水解酶磷酸铅沉淀颗粒呈现由少到多直至消失的动态变化.细菌有“V”“几”字型分裂。
The ultrastructural localization of ATPase activity of Hedysarum Subsp.laeve (Maxim.)B.Fedtsch of root nodules was carried out by use the cytochemical method of lead phospate precipitaton,and the changes of ATPase activity at different development stages were studied.The particles of lead phosphate precipitates resulting from the reaction of ATP hydrolytic enzyme were located at cytoplasm peribacteriod membranes,bacteriods,and the surface of cell wall bordering the intercellular space and their inclusions.The active reaction of ATPase in host cells varies with their developments.The roles of intercellular spaces used as the passage of material and the peribacteriod membranes are discussed.
