摘要
原发性乳腺淋巴瘤(PBL)由于其发病率极低,临床及影像学表现均不明显,因此,在术前细胞学穿刺和术中冷冻切片很难做出正确诊断。文章通过对原发性乳腺恶性淋巴瘤3例观察认为治疗宜选择手术联合化疗的综合治疗模式,其预后与病理、分期和治疗方式有密切联系。
Primary breast lymphoma（PBL） due to its very low incidence,clinical and radiographic performance are not obvious,therefore,in preoperative intraoperative biopsy cytology and frozen sections that are difficult to make correct diagnosis.Based on primary breast malignant lymphoma 3 cases observation that appropriate choice of surgical treatment with combination chemotherapy with its prognostic model,pathology,classification and treatment methods are closely linked.
