The Analysis of 82 Cases about Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Acute Cholecystitis

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗急性胆囊炎的手术适应证、手术技巧及并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析高要市人民医院2005年4月至2010年3月82例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果手术成功78例(95.1%),中转开腹4例(4.9%),无严重手术并发症发生,无死亡病例。结论严格掌握急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术治疗的指征,规范熟炼掌握腹腔镜操作技术,适时中转开腹,合理放置引流管,是手术成功的关键。

Objective Treatment of acute cholecystitis laparoscopic surgical indications,surgical technique and complications.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from April 2005 to March 2010 82 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical data.Results Operation was successful in 78 patients（95.1%）,laparotomy in 4 cases（4.9%）,no serious complications occurred and no deaths.Conclusion Strictly control the treatment of acute cholecystitis and indications for laparoscopic surgery,standard laparoscopic operation techniques,timely laparotomy,reasonable drainage which is the key to successful operation.
