摘要
目的探索国有企业进行组织变革与创新的途径.方法分析国有企业存在的深层次矛盾,通过对典型企业的分析和对中、日两国企业的比较研究,应用企业再造理论,研究中国国有企业组织变革与创新的模式.结果与结论通过分析与比较,可以认为中国国有企业组织变革的新模式是事业部制和事业部内的层级-网络型结构.
Aim Exploring new ways of organizational changes and innovation for state owned enterprises in China. Methods The contradictions of the state owned enterprises were analyzed in depth. Based on the investigation of typical enterprises in China and the comparison between Chinese and Japanese manufacturing enterprises and applying the theory of business process reengineering, the adequate mode of organizational structure was discussed. Results and Conclusion Divisional plus hierarchy network structure is suggested as the adequate organizational mode for Chinese state owned enterprises.
