目的研究经济发展过程中环境污染问题及解决途径．方法采用数理分析法和理论演绎法进行分析．结果通过构造一个简单的效用函数，分析了经济发展过程中环境与社会福利之间的关系；运用经济学理论，阐述了最优污染水平的内涵，分析在理想状况下实现最优污染的条件，找到了解决环境污染的基本途径．结论经济发展应包括对环境污染的治理，市场机制和政府干预是解决环境污染问题的基本途径，我国应采取市场机制和政府干预相结合来解决环境污染问题．

Aim To study the environmental pollution in economy development. Methods Theoretical deductive method, qualitative and quantitative analysis were used. Results Through setting up a mathematics model, the relation between environment and social welfare was analyzed. Methods of solving environmental pollution were put forward. Economy development must take account of the environment, market mechanism and government intervention are the basic way. Conclusion Combining market mechanism with government intervention is the best way to solve environmental pollution.
