摘要
目的建立应急快速检测空气中二异丁基甲酮气相色谱测定方法。方法按照GBZ/T210.4—2008《职业卫生标准制定指南》的要求进行实验。结果本方法在0~1 600μg/m l范围呈线性关系;样品在注射器中可保存5 h;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为1.00%~1.33%;方法的检出限为0.085μg/m l;空气中可能与二异丁基甲酮共存的环己烷、甲基环己烷、异佛尔酮等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论此方法各项指标均达到《职业卫生标准制定指南》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二异丁基甲酮的现场监测。
Objective To establish a rapid gas chromatographic method of diisobutyl ketone in workplace air for emergent event.Methods This method was studied according to standardization of methods for determination of toxic substances in workplace air.Results This method presents good linear relation within the range of 0—1 600 μg/ml.The sample could be steadily stored in syringe for 5 hours.The precision(RSD)is 1.00%—1.33% and the detection limit is 0.085 μg/ml.Additionally,it will be not interfered by other volatile organic solvents,such as cyclohexanone,methylcyclohexanone,isophorone etc.Conclusion This method meets all the requirements of standardization of methods for determination of toxic substances in workplace air,therefore it should be feasible for the rapid determination of diisobutyl ketone in workplace air.
