Regional Economy and Government Behavior The Case of Haidian and Dongguan

目的研究在市场经济条件下政府行为对区域经济的作用．方法采用了案例分析和理论研究相结合的方法探讨相关问题．结果与结论北京市海淀区和广东省东莞市都是我国发展经济颇具特色的经济区域，在区域经济定位、创造必要的经济运行环境以及促进区域经济升级等方面，当地政府都发挥了积极的作用，逐步形成一些值得研究的政府行为特性．这是市场经济条件下。

Aim To study the effect of the government behavior on the regional economy under the condition of the market economy. Methods Case research was used. Results and Conclusion The functions of government are actively and non replaceable in developing regional economy, government plays a key role in formulating the strategy, constructing the infrastructure, keeping the regulation for fair competition and improving the local environment. The functions of government shoud be coordinated with the principle for the market.
