Policy Recommendations to Advance Energy Service Going Global

近年来,我国能源行业发展迅猛,能源企业"走出去"参与了一些国际能源服务项目。但整体上我国对能源服务出口重视程度不高,尚未进行过系统研究。本文在分析我国能源服务出口现状和存在差距的基础上,提出了将能源服务出口纳入我国能源发展战略和规划的思路,并提出了相应的政策建议。

In recent years, the energy sector has developed rapidly in China. China＇s energy enterprises ＂go global＂ to participate in international energy service projects. However, general speaking, China does not pay a great attention to energy service export, and has not yet conducted a systematical research on energy service export. Based on the current situation of energy service export in China and the gap between status quo and the international level, this paper provides a concept of incorporating energy service export in China＇s energy development strategy and olan as well as relevant oolicv recommendations.
