国家创新发展中的知识信息服务转型研究

The Study of Knowledge-Information Services Transformation in Building an Innovative Country

创新型国家建设是我国可持续发展的新战略,知识信息服务在国家创新发展中居于重要的地位,其作用也不断的得到认识。伴随国家创新的发展,不断对知识信息服务提出了新的要求,而适应外在环境,调整内部矛盾的关键就是知识信息服务的转型,本文指出了知识信息服务的转型方向,并从政府、市场、技术、人才、管理和法律等几方面给出了转型实现的保障。

Building an innovative country is a new strategy for sustainable development in China.Knowledge information services occupies an important position in the country＇s innovation and development,and its role has been recognized gradually.With the development of national innovation,put forward new requirements for knowledge and information services constantly.The transformation of knowledge and information services is the key to adapt to the external environment,adjusting the internal contradictions.This paper pointed out the direction of the transformation of knowledge and information services,and gave the protection to achieve the transition from the government,market,technology,human resources,management and legal aspects.
