By the moment expansion of BUU equation in Wigner representation the relations between BUU equation′s moments and nuclear fluid dynamic equations and their conservation laws are investigated. From this it is known that BUU Model will be replaced by nuclear fluid dynamic model under conditions of dominating in two body collisions and the local equilibrium approximation.
