我国钢铁业集中度的研究——基于铁矿石谈判接连失利的视角

Research China's Steel Industries Concentration Ratio—Based on a View of International Iron Ore Negotiation Continual Fail

钢铁行业的发展离不开铁矿石的供应,国际铁矿石谈判对我国钢铁行业的稳定发展有着重要的影响。本文从近年来我国钢企与国际三大铁矿石供应商的谈判失利中,通过运用绝对集中度指标和HI指数,准确地分析了我国钢铁行业目前存在的集中度偏低的突出问题,并针对我国钢铁行业集中度低的现状,提出相关对策。

Development of steel industries depend on supplies of iron ore,and International iron ore negotiation have an important effect on stable development of Chinese steel industries.The dessertation exactly analyses the serious problem which is lower concentration degree at present in Chinese steel industries,through applying to absolute concentration ratio index and HI index,Based on the setback of Chinese steel enterprise in negotiation with three international iron ore tycoons.The countermeasures are supposed to be given in the article,being aimed at present situations which is low concerntration degree in Chinese.
