作为一种新的合作共建方式,地方和高校共建图书馆需要关注服务平台、管理机制、资金保障机制、强化监督等相关问题,要处理好共建图书馆与地方政府之间、共建图书馆与公共图书馆之间、校内读者与校外读者之间、共享与侵权之间的关系,促进共建图书馆健康发展。

As a new cooperate way,the co-construction library of the local government and universities should pay attention to the service platform,management mechanism,fund guarantee mechanism and tighten supervision.Pointed out the relationships in the process of co-constructing library need to be well dealt with,such as the relationships between co-construction libraries and local government,co-construction libraries and public libraries,readers and outside school readers,sharing rights and infringement rights,to promote the co-construction library develop healthily.
