摘要
本文以专利为切入点,应用专利地图技术,分析了我国闪存专利技术的发展现状及趋势,描摹我国闪存技术领域群雄争霸的竞争格局图,为把握闪存领域未来技术发展方向,抢占制高点,推进我国闪存技术的跨越式发展尽一己之力。
From the perspective of patent,this paper used the patent map method to analyze the status quo and trend of the flash memory patent technology in China.It depicted the competing scenario of all the strong competitors in the flash memory technology field.This paper attempted to help grasp the future trend of the flash memory,dominated the competition,and promoted the development of the flash memory technology in China.
