摘要
电子商务中的信息不对称现象及其不良后果是制约电子商务健康发展的一个关键因素,目前我国电子商务中信息不对称现象依然严重的原因是电子商务涉及的环节众多,缺乏有效、系统的解决方案。本文在深入分析电子商务各环节信息不对称现象及其影响的基础上,提出宏观、中观、微观、协作四个层面的策略,主要包括:国家立法、发挥行业协会的作用、参与各主体采取相应策略、建立第三方征信平台,希望以此达到解决电子商务中信息不对称的目的。
Information dissymmetry within electronic commerce phenomenon and its bad result be a key factor that restricting electronic commerce healthy develops,currently this phenomenon is still serious in our country's electronic commerce,because of many taches involves in electronic commerce,lack of effective and system solution program.This paper in-depth analyzed various aspects of e-commerce's Information dissymmetry phenomenon and its' influence,based on this foundation,it put forward a macro,meso,micro and synergic,four levels of strategy,mainly including national lawmaking,developing the function of profession association,each participator adopting relevant strategy,establishing the third party credit standing system,hoping for solving information dissymmetry phenomenon in electronic commerce.
