摘要
以庚基溴化镁与乙酸乙酯进行格氏反应,制备甲基庚基酮。讨论了制备过程中的工艺参数,包括镁屑和氯代庚烷的不同物质的量比对格氏试剂制备的影响、镁屑和四氢呋喃不同质量比对格氏试剂制备的影响及格氏试剂和乙酸乙酯不同物质的量比对甲基庚基酮制备的影响,得到了最佳的工艺条件。
Methyl n -heptyl ketone were prepared by Grignard reaction with heptyl magnesium bromide and ethyl acetate. The parameters of preparation were discussed involving different molar ratios of magnesium and chloride heptane during the preparation of Grignard reagents, different weight ratios of magnesium and tetrahydrofuran during the preparation of Grignard reagents, different molar ratios of Grignard reagents and ethyl acetate during the preparation of methyl heptyl ketone. The target product was obtained in the best orocess conditions
