摘要
运用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收分光光度法对芹菜中微量铁进行测定。介绍了铁最佳测定条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度,该方法具有很好的灵敏度、很好的重现性、分析速度快,同时干扰也易于消除。
Air- acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer had been used for determination of traees iron in celery. Introduced iron optimum conditions and showed a good linear range of concentration. This method is good sensitivity, good reproducibility, fast, and easy to eliminate interference.
