摘要
在p H= 5 ~12 的乙醇水溶液中, Cu2 + 与丙酮醛双 N, N′缩氨基硫脲( P T S B) 可形成1∶1型络合物,其λmax = 488n m ,ε488 = 1 .09 ×104 L·m ol- 1·cm - 1 , Cu2 + 浓度在0 ~5 .0 mg/ L内服从比耳定律;若用氯仿萃取后测定,其ε488 = 1 .77 ×105 L·m ol- 1cm - 1 , Cu2 + 浓度在0 ~0 .50 mg/ L 内服从比耳定律.大多数外来离子不干扰,用于环境水样中 Cu2 + 的测定,结果令人满意.
Pyruvaldehyde (N,N′ dibutyl) bis thiosemicarbazone (PTSB) is employed as a sensitizing chromogenic agent in the spectrophotometric determination of Cu(Ⅱ). In the alcohol liquid of pH=5~12, the apparent molar absorptivity of Cu(Ⅱ) at 488nm is measured to be 1.09×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and the calibration curve is linear over the range 0~0.5mg/L. If using extraction determination, the apparent molar absorptivity will to be 1.17×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and the calibration curve is linear over the range 0~0.50mg/L. The molar ration of Cu(Ⅱ) to PTSB in the complex is examined to be 1∶1. The common ions do not interfere. The method has been applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in environmental water samples.
