Expression and significance of Bcl-2 and Bax in adenomyosis.

摘要 目的:探讨Bcl-2和Bax在子宫腺肌病的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测子宫腺肌病组织43例(实验组)和正常子宫内膜45例(对照组)中Bcl-2和Bax的表达情况。结果:Bcl-2蛋白在实验组中异位内膜的阳性率要高于在位内膜及正常子宫内膜,Bcl-2在对照组中增生期要高于分泌期;在AM中,其原位子宫内膜和异位子宫内膜中Bax的表达要高于对照组正常子宫内膜组织,AM中增生期和分泌期内膜Bax表达无显著性差异。结论:Bcl-2和Bax的表达可能与子宫腺肌病的发生、发展具有密切的关系。 Objective:To explore expression and significance of Bcl-2 and Bax in adenomyosis(AM).Methods:Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in 43 patients(experimental group) of adeomyosis and 45 patients(cotrol group) of normal endometrium were detected with immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rate of Bcl-2 protein was higher in ectopic endometrium than in eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium in the experimental group,and Bcl-2 was higher in the proliferative phase than in the secretory phase in the control group.The expression of Bax in situ endometrium and ectopic endometrium in the AM was higher than in normal endometrium in the control group;and there was no significant differences of the expression of Bax in endometrium of AM between the proliferative and secretory phase.Conclusion:The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax may be closely related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
