摘要 Toll样受体在女性生殖道上皮及胎盘的滋养细胞均有表达,是介导固有免疫的一类重要受体,其活化后能够抵抗病原体感染,但其过度活化与早产、子痫前期等妊娠期疾病相关,因此,TLRs信号转导通路的调控非常重要,现对其信号通路转导途径和调控以及与维持妊娠相关的几个重要调控因子作一综述。
