循环热盐水宫腔灌注系统联合宫腔镜治疗功能失调子宫出血的临床研究

摘要 功能失调性子宫出血（简称功血）是一种严重影响妇女生活的临床常见病、多发病。传统的一线治疗方法是性激素周期治疗及刮宫术,对药物治疗失败的顽固性功能失调性子宫出血、反复流血造成贫血的围绝经期及无生育要求的妇女,多采用子宫全切或次全切除手术治疗。
