阿托伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化轻度病变的适宜剂量探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化轻度病变的最佳剂量。方法冠状动脉造影证实冠状动脉狭窄程度<30%的患者126例,随机分成观察组和对照组各63例,两组均予常规治疗,观察组予阿托伐他汀20mg/d口服;对照组予阿托伐他汀10 mg/d口服。治疗3个月后观察颈动脉内中膜厚度、肱动脉血流介导的血管内径、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化情况。结果阿托伐他汀治疗3个月后冠脉病变患者总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和hs-CRP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),颈动脉内中膜厚度及肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能亦明显降低(P<0.05),观察组更显著(P<0.05)。结论对冠状动脉粥样硬化轻度病变的患者应用较大剂量阿托伐他汀较小剂量更能有效控制病变进展,改善内皮功能和抑制炎症反应。
