气管支架在良性气管狭窄中的临床应用

Tracheal stent in benign tracheal stenosis

目的:探讨气管支架在良性气管狭窄中的临床应用价值。方法:8例良性气管狭窄患者在数字减影血管造影透视下行气管支架植入术。结果:8例患者支架一次置放成功,共植入9枚支架,包括5枚主气管支架,2枚主气管-支气管支架及2枚支气管支架。术后患者呼吸困难等症状均明显改善。结论:气管支架植入是治疗良性气管狭窄安全、快速、有效的方法。

Objective：To discuss the role of tracheal stent in benign tracheal stenosis.Methods：Eight cases of benign tracheal stenosis were implanted the tracheal stent with the guidance of accurate digital substrution angiography positioning.Results：All stents were implanted successfully for one time.There were altogether 9 stents implanted,including 5 tracheal stents,2 tracheal-bronchial stents and 2 bronchial stents.The symptoms of dyspnea and respiratory rapidity were quickly relieved after treatment.Conclusions：Placement of tracheal stent is safe and effective for treatment of benign tracheal stenosis.
