摘要
采用不同发芽床对火龙果种子进行发芽试验,结果表明,沙床为较理想的火龙果种子发芽床,其发芽势、发芽率、幼苗鲜重均高于纸床和纱布床,其次为双层纱布发芽床,发芽效果最差的为双层滤纸发芽床。白肉火龙果种子的发芽率高于红肉种子,但幼苗质量低于红肉种子。
The different seed beds were used for the germination test of pitaya seeds.The results showed that the sand bed was the better one with higher germination potential,germination rate and fresh weight of seedlings,which was followed by double gauze bed.The germination effect of paper bed was the worst.The germination rate of Hylocereus undatus Britt.et Rose was higher while its seedling quality was worse than those of Hylocereus polyrhizus（Weber） Britt.et Rose respectively.
