Attach Attention to the Ideological Problems among Post- 90's Nursing Students and Enhance the Teaching of Clerkship Nursing

90后护生在实习工作中存在着一些思想问题,表现为部分90后护生团队精神不足;心理素质脆弱,抗挫折能力差;人际交往能力弱等。从加强在校期间职业道德教育,加强护理教学队伍自身建设,积极进行职业危机意识干预,搭建平台扩展师生交流渠道,重视90后大学生特质研究等五个方面入手提出相应对策。

This article elaborated in detail the ideological problems among post -90＇s nursing students during clinical clerkship, including the lack of teamwork, psychological vulnerability and low anti - setback ability, weak imterpersonal communication ability, etc. Countermeasures were raised from five aspects including strengthening professional ethics education at college stage, strengthening the construction of nursing teaching staff, positively carrying on the intervention of professional crisis consciousness, expanding the communication system between teachers and students, and attaching attention to the research on the unique characteristic of post -90 ＇s college students.
