摘要
为了使医疗机构更好地为患者提供高质量的医疗服务,提高患者满意度,在对以往的文献资料进行总结、分析、演绎、归纳基础上,对微观层面的医患沟通概念进行了探讨,对医患沟通的定义和内涵进行了界定,分析了医患沟通的构成要素,并对医患沟通质量的影响因素进行了一定的研究。
In order to provide patients with high -quality medical service and improve patients＇satisfaction for medical institutions, this paper studies relevant literatures, explores the definition of doctotr - patient communication from a microcosmic dimension, defines the definition and connotation of doctor - patient communication, discusses the components and influential factors of doctor - patient communication.
