三级综合医院护理管理中内部沟通渠道的建立与评价

Establishment and Evaluation of Internal Communication Medium of Nursing Management in Grade Ⅲ-A General Hospitals

目的:建立适合三级综合医院护理管理中有效的内部沟通渠道,同时评价沟通渠道的有效性。方法:对西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院30个护理单元200名不同年资、不同岗位的护士通过问卷调查,了解本院护理管理中内部沟通渠道的现状,并对常用的沟通渠道进行比较。结果:在沟通渠道上,一般护士愿意接受面对面沟通,正式会议沟通,非正式会议沟通,书面文件沟通,电话沟通;管理人员愿意接受正式会议沟通和书面文件沟通。在沟通效果上,口头交流或电话交流比书面或正式的信息媒介更为有效。结论:建立内部沟通制度十分必要,应建立多种渠道,有效沟通,使护理队伍有着更强的凝聚力和向心力,高效的实现管理目标。

Objectives ： To establish and evaluate an effective internal communication medium of nursing management in Grade III -A general hospitals. Methods： A questionnaire survey on internal communication medium of nursing management was conducted among 200 nursing staffs of different posts in 30 different nursing units in the first affiliated hospital of xihn jiaotong university, which was also compared with those varied common media being employed. Results ： Among those media, nurses prefered those media including face to face communication , formal meeting or informal meeting communication, written document communication and telephone communication while the hospital administrative staffs prefer formal meeting communication and paper document communication where media of communication were concerned. Oral communication or telephone communication did better than paper document communication and formal meeting communication where the communication result was concerned. Conclusion： It is vital to establish an internal communication medium. Different media of internal communication should be employed when communicating with different nursing staffs for there exists certain deviations to the under- standing of medium of internal communication, the difference in posts, personalities, and comprehensive qualities among nursing staffs.Establishing multiple and effective media of communication strengthens the cohesiveness of nursing force so as to realize effective and efficient hospital management.
