摘要
对于交通事故、各种灾害等造成外伤和失血、脱水性休克患者,院前急救控制性快速补液是一项非常重要的抢救措施。目前,由于受各种技术条件的限制,真正适宜于野外、灾害现场、后送转运等院前急救的长时间使用的可控快速输液输血装置在国内尚属空白,主要原因是现有此类装置功耗、质量与体积过大,操作不便。因此,研究便携、可控、低功耗、小型化适宜现场和院前急救的便携可控输血输液装置成为未来的发展趋势。
For patients of trauma,hemorrhage and shock of dehydration caused by traffic accidents or various disasters,pre-hospital care with rapid fluid replacement is an important first-aid measure.At present,due to various technical conditions,there is no blood transfusion device which is adequate for long-playing pre-hospital emergency treatment in the condition of field or disaster scene at home.The main reason is that such kind of current blood transfusion device is high power consumption,weight and large and difficult to control.Therefore,it is a tendency and necessary to develop a novel blood transfusion device which is portable,controllable,low power consumption,miniaturization,and suitable for on-site or pre-hospital emergency treatment.
