摘要
目的:探讨磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)的序列特点和临床价值。方法:回顾分析近期有关SWI临床应用的国内外相关文献。结果:SWI作为一种新型无创的对磁化率因素极为敏感的MRI检查技术,在许多疾病的诊断中发挥着重要作用。特别是在大脑血管性病变、外伤、脑肿瘤以及退行性神经病变等疾病的诊断中,其与传统MRI检查方法相比较具有独特的价值,同时在脑功能成像(fMRI)以及磁共振靶向成像方面有着较大的发展潜能。结论:SWI是一种对缺氧血、铁和钙等顺磁性物质具有极高敏感性的磁共振检查方法,在神经障碍性疾病领域得到了广泛使用。
Objective To probe into the sequence feature and clinical value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI).Methods Recent domestic and foreign relative literatures on clinical value of SWI were retrospectively analyzed.Results As a kind of new noninvasively magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) examination technique which was extremely sensitive to magnetic susceptibility,SWI played an important role in diagnosis of various diseases,especially had a more particular clinical value in diagnosis of cerebral vascular disease,trauma,cerebral tumors,and degenerative nerve disease than traditional MRI examination technique,with a large potential in functional MRI(fMRI) and target MRI additionally.Conclusion SWI is a kind of MRI examination technique,which is sensitive to paramagnets,such as deoxygenated blood,iron and calcium,and used in neurological disorders widely.
