摘要
针对卫生材料管理中存在的问题,借助信息化的手段,以实施医院全成本核算为目标,提出了对卫生材料进行规范化管理的几个方面,如规范卫生材料的名称、对卫生材料进行合理化分类、明确卫生材料的使用流程、实现物资系统和医院信息系统的整合等,取得了显著成效。
