摘要
阐述了医用X射线机房的设计与防护,结合医院实际工作情况,介绍了放射防护的三原则和标准。从土建、水电(强电、弱电)及防护等方面介绍了X射线机房设计和X射线设备布局,应用放射防护的基本理论,以防护医务人员、患者及公众人员为重点,得出了一套科学有效的防护方案,最低限度地减少射线照射。
The layout and the protective evaluation of X-ray equipment room in Radiology Department are stated.The layout of X-ray equipments room,the shield and safety of X-ray,the fixing and debugging,check and accept and so on are discussed.Based on the actual work of the hospital,the three principles of radiation protection and standards are introduced.The design of the X-ray room and layout of X-ray equipment,according as civil engineering,water and electricity and the protection of the X-ray,are initially developed.A set of assessment program is put forward,which makes a big contribution to the medical staff,patients and the public for effective protection,and reduces the radiation exposure to minimum.
