摘要
通过力学测试方法研究了J55套管在模拟局部腐蚀条件下的拉伸强度及抗外挤强度,分析了在局部腐蚀条件下两个不同生产厂家的套管拉伸强度及抗外挤强度变化规律以及局部腐蚀条件下缺陷类型对套管强度的影响规律。得出了局部腐蚀条件下套管屈服载荷和抗拉载荷的大小取决于试样最小截面面积,及其不同缺陷下强度的大小关系;得出了外挤载荷与变形量之间的关系。
The tensile strength and collapse resistancestrength of J55 casing were studied under local corrosion through force test method,analyzed change regulation under local corrosion condition for the tensile strength and resistance collapse strength to casing which were produced by two different factories,as well as effect rule of defects type to casing strength.The results indicated that the smallest shear area determines the tensile and yield load under local corrosion condition;and strength relationship under different type defects;it came out the relationship between collapse resistance strength and deformation.
