摘要
通过对不同厂家J55钢HFW套管焊缝进行系列夏比冲击试验,分别使用维氏硬度、金相观察和扫描电镜方法对焊缝处韧性、硬度、微观组织和断口特征进行了研究。结果表明,随着V形缺口底部圆弧中点与焊缝熔合线间距的增加,珠光体数量增多,硬度增大,冲击韧性逐步增高且离散度增大,断口形貌由脆性解理断口转变为韧窝型断口。提出了在HFW套管焊缝冲击韧性检测时应增加试样数量并控制V形缺口底部圆弧中点与焊缝熔合线间距的建议。
A series of Charpy impact tests had been carried out on J55 HFW casing weld of different manufacturers,the weld impact toughness,hardness,microstructure and fracture characteristics were studied by using the Vickers hardness,metallographic observation and scanning electron microscope methods.The results indicated that with the distance from weld fusion line to V-notch bottom center increasing,the number of pearlite increased,the hardness increased,the impact toughness gradually increased,and the dispersion also increased.The fracture appearance changed from brittle cleavage fracture into a dimple-type fracture.It proposed that during inspecting HFW casing weld impact toughness,it should increase specimen's number and control the distance from V-notch bottom center to weld fusion line.
