铁路用冷弯轨距挡板的孔型设计

摘要 铁路用轨距挡板通常为异型断面,结构复杂,热轧方法生产工艺复杂。在对10#铁路用轨距挡板形状及其热轧特点分析的基础上,提出采用冷弯型钢的设计思路,在数学推导基础上计算了料宽、成型道次数和各架次孔型尺寸,完成了10#轨距挡板冷弯成型辊的孔型设计。与热轧孔型相比,冷弯孔型尺寸精度高,截面经济合理,生产成本低。 The gauge baffle steel used in railway is usualspecial section,whose structure and hot-rolled technology are complex.On the basis of analysis on shape and hot-rolled technology characteristics of 10# railway gauge,it proposed design idea of adopting cold formed section steel.On the basis of mathematics calculation,the width of material,the times of forming pass and each pass size were calculated;pass design of 10# gauge baffle cold roll forming.Compared with rot rolled pass,the precision of cold rolled pass size is high,section is economical and reasonable,and production cost is lower.
