摘要
介绍了直缝埋弧焊管内焊小车的结构及改进的创新点。对目前的内焊小车使用过程中暴露出的问题进行了分析比较,新设计的内焊小车不但克服了焊接过程运行不稳定等问题,同时借鉴造船行业和国外相关焊接装备的优点增加了柔性焊剂垫设计,避免了由于预焊断焊等原因造成的烧穿,且透气性良好,充分保证焊接过程产生的气体排出,提高了焊缝外观和焊接内在质量。整个设计在使用中表现出了整体稳定性、动作可靠性,提高了钢管焊接的一次通过率,减少了补焊工作量。
This article introducedconfiguration of inside welding trolley used in SAWL pipe,inside welding process of steel pipe,as well as improvement innovation points.Compared problems of inside welding trolley with those used at present,the results indicated that the new designed inside welding trolley not only overcomes instability during welding,but also uses advantages of shipbuilding and the abroad related welding equipment for reference,increases flexible flux pad design,this will avoid burning through caused from pre-welding and breaking.Its permeability is good,and can fully ensure gas discharging and increase weld appearance quality and inside welding quality.This kind of new design for inside welding trolley possesses stability and action reliability,it increases welding qualified pass rate and reduces workload for repair welding.
