摘要
介绍了基于FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)的全数字化控制感应加热电源,谐振逆变器采用以全数字锁相环控制为核心的串联谐振结构。同时对适用于高频的串联谐振逆变器的工作状态进行了详细分析,并进行了大量试验,得出使其保持最佳工作状态的控制方法。试验结果表明,采用FPGA可以实现高频谐振逆变器的全数字化控制。
This article introduced full-digital solid induction heating power based on FPGA(field-programmable gate array),and series resonant structure whose inverter adopts full digital phase-locked loop as control center.It detailedly analyzed working state of high frequency series resonant inverter,and got control method for keeping the best working state through a great deal of tests.The tests results showed that adopting FPGA can realize full digital control of high frequency series resonant inverter.
