摘要
从生产工艺控制方面对螺旋埋弧焊管生产中常见的气孔、夹渣缺陷进行讨论和原因分析,结合螺旋埋弧焊管生产中的实践经验,总结并提出一些有效的处理意见,作为在今后生产中遇到同样问题的一个参考。
This article discussed and analyzed the common defects such as gas pocket and slag inclusion presented during SAWH pipe production from production process control.Combining with many years practical experience in SAWH pipe production,it summarized and put forward some effective treatment suggestions,this will provide reference for solving the same problems in future production.
