摘要
介绍了俄罗斯某钢厂生产的X80高强度管线试验钢的化学成分及其力学性能,对该管线钢的焊接工艺(包括对其形成热、冷裂纹倾向)、组织硬度和焊接接头的冲击韧性等进行了研究。指出,采用X80高强度管线钢制作输气钢管是管道建设节约成本、提高效益的有效途径。研究完善的焊接工艺,包括选择合适的焊接接头近缝区冷却速度,是保证焊接接头性能和良好焊缝组织的关键。
This article introduced chemical composition and mechanical properties of X80 grade high strength pipeline steel,which produced by some steel maker in Russia,studied welding processes(including hot forming and cold crack trend),structure hardness,and impact toughness of welding joints.It pointed out that adopting X80 grade high strength pipeline steel to produce steel pipes for transporting gas is an effective method to save cost and increase benefit.The perfect welding process and appropriate cooling rate of welding joints adjacent to weld are key factors to ensure welding joints properties and good phase structure.
