摘要
用拍照法研究了闭式涡轮转盘塔(CTRDC)中液滴平均直径dp与转速NR、总通量V、流比L等操作条件的关系,并与普通转盘塔(RDC)作了比较。由于闭式涡轮的强烈搅拌作用,NR和dp均比RDC大大降低,且由于NR小于临界转速NRc,液滴上升过程中被转盘进一步分散的几率很小,因而dp轴向分布较均匀。实验结果与理论分析预测相吻合。
The relation of mean drop diameter (dp) with the operating conditions,such as the rotor speed (NR),the phase ratio and the total flow rate (V) in CTRDC (Rotating Disk Contactor with Closed Turbine) near the dispersed phase inlet,has been investigated photographically.Compared with RDC (Rotating Disk Contactor),because of strong agitation of the closed turbine (s),NR and dp decrease sharply.Moreover as NR<NRc(critical rotor speed),the droplets dispersed can hardly be redispersed when they ascend.The experimental results fit well with the theoretical prediction.
