温针灸结合臂丛神经封闭治疗肩周炎32例疗效观察

Observing the Effect of 32 Cases of Shoulder Periarthritis with Close Brachial Plexus and Warm Acupuncture

目的:观察和评价温针灸结合臂丛神经封闭治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,为临床提供有效治疗的方法。方法:选择患侧臂丛神经封闭,每周1次,4次为1疗程,同时配合温针灸,每天1次,7天1个疗程,连续2个疗程,患者自行配合肩的功能锻炼。结果:治疗后患者的疼痛缓解效果非常显著,疗程后治愈例数达到27例,治愈率为84.38%,其总有效率达到100%。结论:采用温针灸配合局部封闭治疗肩周炎操作方法简便,具有治疗时间短、效果明显等优势,安全性高,值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Objective：Observ to treating and evaluating of the effects of the Closed Brachial Plexus and Warm Acupuncture to treating shoulder Periarthritis,to provide effective treatment for clinical methods.Methods：Selecting ipsilateral brachial plexus closed,1 week,4 times for one course,in conjunction with warm acupuncture,once a day,7 days a course of treatment,2 consecutive treatments,the patient with the shoulder of functional exercise on their own.Results：After treatment,pain relief was significant,the number of cured patients after treatment was 27 cases,the cure rate was 84.38%,the total efficiency was 100%.Conclusions：Partially closed by warm acupuncture treatment of shoulder periarthritis with the operation method is simple,with the treatment time is short,the effect obviously is advantages,such as high safety,worthiness of further research and extension.
