摘要
本文介绍了油体脂解途径中相关信号分子的研究进展。通过对信号分子进行荧光探针标记,利用荧光显微镜技术和共聚焦显微镜成像分析可以准确、迅速地对相关信号分子的定位和表达进行跟踪研究,从而揭示油体的生物学发生和分解机制。
This review presented research progress on oil body signaling molecules in germinating oilseeds.It focused on location and expression changes of these molecules,which were largely based on fluorescence microscopic and confocal laser scanning microscopic (CLSM) imaging using specific fluorescent probes.It further revealed the biogenesis and lipolytic degradation of oil body in oilseed.
